Primul exercițiu de simulare la Hamburg

The first Tabletop Exercise, hosted at local scale in Hamburg, took place on Sept 16th 2025. This inaugural exercise (1 of 3 planned) broke new ground by reimagining citizen involvement in crisis preparedness. Unlike traditional formats, it created direct dialogue between the crisis management team and citizens, fostering respectful discussions with multiple perspectives.

Privind în viitor: concluziile acestui prim exercițiu vor influența în mod direct abordarea proiectului pentru următoarele două exerciții din Piemont (19 februarie) și România (22 aprilie), care vor integra aplicația mobilă și modelele de simulare AI. 

3rd Consortium Meeting in Hamburg

The PREPSHIELD consortium gathered in Hamburg on September 17th 2025 for a pivotal consortium meeting at the historic Town Hall.

At least one team member from each partner organization was present, thus bringing together researchers from the universities of eastern Piedmont, Groningen, Oslo, Zurich, and the Cologne University of Applied Sciences, technology providers from Sopra Steria, CS Group and ICCS, representatives from the city of Hamburg, the Department of Emergency Situations of the Romanian government, the Romanian Red Cross and the Martin Luther King Steilshoop church, and consultants from Euroquality.

The meeting was the opportunity to discuss lessons learned and next steps.
